Delete your account in Kookies

1. Open Kookies and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open More, then choose Settings.
3. Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

What deletion means

Deleting your account removes your profile and access to Kookies. Content associated only with your account will be deleted or de-identified, subject to legal, security and backup-retention requirements. Some content shared with other people may remain in their Circle context where needed to preserve shared records or conversation continuity.

If you own a Circle, you may need to transfer ownership or remove the Circle before deleting your account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after processing is complete.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email support@kookies.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request. Do not send your password or verification code.
