When you use Kookies, you may create or share Circle content such as events, messages, lists, tasks, photos, Moments, recipes, meal plans, notes and other information you choose to store. We also collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device type, app version, approximate network information, timestamps and diagnostic logs.

- Deliver Circle content to the people you choose.

Circles and sharing
Kookies is organized around Circles. Content shared with a Circle may be available to its members according to their role and the Circle's settings. Circle owners and administrators may manage membership, roles, departments and available features. Review the selected Circle before posting and avoid sharing information with people who should not receive it.
Lockbox and sensitive information
Lockbox entries are designed for sensitive information and are encrypted on your device before storage. Protect your device, password and recovery access. No system can guarantee absolute security, so only store information you are comfortable keeping in a digital service.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers to support hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, file storage, diagnostics and similar operations. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to Kookies and are subject to contractual or legal safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide Kookies, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. You can delete content where the app provides that control. You may also delete your account through Kookies or follow our account deletion instructions.
Your choices
You can update account details, manage Circle membership, control feature access and choose what you share. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of certain personal information. Contact us to exercise a privacy right.
Children
Kookies is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us so we can investigate.
Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for promptly telling us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may update this policy as Kookies evolves. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
