These terms set the ground rules for using Kookies and help keep every Circle safe, respectful and useful.

Using Kookies
By accessing or using Kookies, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require identity verification before helping with sensitive account changes.
Circles and roles
Circle owners and administrators control membership, roles and available features. Joining a Circle may allow other members to see information you share there. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate Circle and audience for your content.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You give Kookies a limited license to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and deliver it to the people you choose. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and share your content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kookies to break the law, harm or harass others, impersonate someone, distribute malware, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or share illegal or exploitative content. Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Sensitive information
Kookies includes tools intended to help protect sensitive information, but no online service is risk-free. Use reasonable judgment, secure your devices and account, and do not store information where doing so would violate law, professional obligations or third-party agreements.
Service availability
We work to keep Kookies reliable, but features may change and interruptions may occur. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. When practical, we will give advance notice of changes that materially affect use.
Suspension and termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kookies is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Kookies is not responsible for decisions made based on user-created content. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
